One of only 37 like it in the world, this LEED Certified performing arts center is an iconic structure bringing together arts, culture and community to the heart of downtown Orlando. The 263,000-square-foot facility was built over an existing roadway on a tight urban site.

The first of its kind in Orlando, this 11-story, luxury apartment complex features state-of-the-art micro-units with breathtaking views, modern design and innovative amenities that bring together the best in urban-style and luxury living.
Pixon Apartments
Located in downtown Miami, this award-winning, 50-story, 750,000 square-foot apartment tower houses 438 residential units, a rooftop pool and amenity area as well as 5,000 square feet of groundfloor retail space and a 430 car parking garage.
Solitair Brickell Apartments
This 725,000-square-foot mixed-use, Mediterranean-style urban-infill project in Coral Gables will house 204 apartments, a 246 room hotel, 53,000 square feet of upscale retail and a 640 car parking garage.

This attraction renovation project brought the iconic Sesame Street neighborhood to life by transforming a former children’s play area into a one-of-a-kind, highly themed, immersive experience.

This comprehensive project at Zellwood Elementary School involved the construction of 53,000 square-feet of new replacement buildings and 28,000 square-feet of renovations to existing buildings.

Located in downtown Orlando, 420 East is a nine-story, 588,613-square-foot, mixed-use building containing 289 apartments with 10,000 square-feet of retail and dining, 10 ground-floor live/work artist studios and art gallery spaces focusing on celebrating the local arts.

River Landing is a 2.4 million square-foot mixed-use development located along the Miami River. The project includes two luxury residential buildings, a seven-story shopping center with office space, a 2,200-space parking garage and a walkable riverside park.

Gables Station is a 1.3 million square-foot, transit-oriented mixed-use development that includes a 66-room hotel, 450 residential units, 105,000 square-feet of retail, 105,000 square-feet of commercial space and a 1,000-space parking garage.

This project involved the phased construction of a 400,000-square-foot concourse terminal, replacing the existing terminal and altering its orientation from north-south to east-west to make room for the south runway extension.
