The MSA has experienced fantastic income growth over the last several years, with the HUD Median Family Income increasing from $62,100 in 2016 to $88,600 in 2023, which has directly resulted in strong growth in the LIHTC rental limits
The LIHTC Restrictions are set to expire at the end of 2037, allowing for a conversion to market at that time
