In many parts of the UK, demand for good quality stock is outweighing supply, and for many vendors, there are opportunities to secure a good price for their property, if they have the confidence to bring it to market. In many regards, the property market has reconciled itself to the burden of political uncertainty, which has lost its significance in the decision-making process.
