When planning a visit to CBRE Global HQ, ensure that your resident host reaches out to our Experience Team via email at GHQExperienceTeam@cbre.com. The Experience Team will add you to the visitors list, which is essential for a smooth visit.

Proactive Setup:
By being added to the visitors list, you’ll be proactively included in our visitor management system, Envoy. This step streamlines the check-in process and ensures that our Security Team is aware of your arrival.

Lobby Clearance:
Upon arriving at the CBRE Global HQ lobby, check in with Lobby Security who will be informed about your visit. Security will give clearance to access the elevators that lead to Floor 3.

Floor Three:
On Floor Three, you’ll find our CBRE Heart & Front of the House area. Our dedicated Experience Team will be there to assist you. They’ll help you find your designated space and provide any necessary support during your visit.
