Prior to this he was Marketing Week's news editor.

Marketing Week Meets the CX50
Roy leads the Digital Experience practice at Cognizant alongside running Zone, the award-winning UK customer experience agency, as CEO. He has been working in global marketing, technology and consultancy for over 20 years.
Roy previously set up and ran Digitas across Asia Pacific. The business quadrupled and expanded into six markets across 15 offices in three years. Key clients included Disney, Cathay Pacific, Nissan, Qantas and Unilever.
Before returning to the UK in 2019, Roy rebooted an Australian agency into a customer experience consultancy, winning multiple awards including Employer of Year.

Anna holds the rare distinction of three appearances in the CX50 list, all in recognition of her work at Gousto, which she joined in 2018 as brand director before promotion to VP of brand in 2020. She describes her role as "connecting the dots between insights, product and marketing" to help Gousto be "the UK's most loved way to eat dinner".
A judge of the 2022 Marketing Week Awards, she is also accustomed to winning accolades at Gousto, including the best ongoing use of TV from Thinkbox. Her team is shortlisted for a marketing effectiveness award in the disrupters and delivery services categories at this year's UK Effies.
