Marketing Week Meets the CX50
Kim is a second-time member of the CX50 in 2022, his previous appearance coming as chief commercial officer of Giffgaff. He has transferred a decade's experience launching and refining the mobile network to his present role establishing and growing Checkatrade, the digital marketplace of tradespeople.
In his three-year tenure to date, he has led a transformation of the customer experience, to remove the confusion of shopping in such a vast market of providers and create a truly consumer-centric service. Revamping the digital experience was key, helping the company to develop an intuitive service that was based firmly on customer need.
