Russell is the award-winning editor-in-chief of the UK's most prominent marketing title, Marketing Week, leading its multimedia development and team of journalists. A trusted authority on marketing issues, he regularly hosts and appears on panels at industry events. He is also a regular contributor to national television and radio shows on marketing issues. Prior to this he was Marketing Week's news editor.
In 2020 he also took on an expanded role with responsibility for the editorial programme of the Festival Marketing, the largest global event dedicated to brand marketers, where they can learn, celebrate and shape the future.
Gary sits on the global executive leadership board at Rentokil Initial, with responsibility for business strategy, innovation, R&D, digital, and all global marketing for international B2B accounts and residential B2C customers. The company’s pioneering approach to connected digital technology was recognised with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for Innovation in 2018 and for energy-saving innovation in 2020. Gary has previously held roles as CEO for Selinon, CMO for Dixons Carphone, marketing and consumer director for O2, and VP of marketing for Electronic Arts.
Anouschka is currently on gardening leave prior to joining a leading global asset manager. Before joining UBS in January 2020, she spent a decade at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), becoming global head of marketing and brand for RBC Investor & Treasury Services in 2013. Before RBC, she worked for 12 years at Citigroup, latterly as director of client strategy for Citigroup’s Corporate & Investment Bank. She first moved into marketing in 2003 as director of community affairs for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, following seven years in Citi’s Global Relationship Bank.
