After your visit at the Healthe Clinic, email your records to the HR Compliance Operations Team. Please be sure to include your name and the Healthe Clinic’s name/logo on the records. If you are unsure of how to obtain the records, please see the directions below:

• On the left hand side, click on “Occupational Health Requirements.”
• Take a screenshot or use the snipping tool to capture the record.
• Note – it needs to include your name and the Healthe at Cerner/Cerner Clinic name/logo.
• If you had MMR or Varicella titers drawn, you will receive an email from the Healthe Clinic explaining the results. This can be found in the “Messaging” option on the left hand side. We will need a copy of the email (screenshot or snipping tool).
Print out the email from the HR Compliance Operations team outlining the vaccination(s) or medical screening(s) you require for your appointment. The email serves as your authorization to be seen at the Healthe Clinic.
Once your documents have been processed, you will receive an email from the HR Compliance Operations team detailing your next steps. Since it may take a few days to get you onto the schedule, immediately call the Healthe Clinic at 816.201.2273 to schedule your appointment. If a client requires a TB skin test, you will need to schedule a second appointment 48-72 hour after your initial TB placement to have the results read by one of our nurses. If a two-step TB skin test is required, please indicate this at the time of scheduling. If a client does not specifically require a TB skin test, it is preferred that you complete a TB blood test.
Submit your immunization records to the HR Compliance Operations team via email at hrcomplianceoperations@cerner.com. If a ticket has already been established, click the “reply all” function in the email and attach your records. Please give the HR Compliance Operations team 24-48 hours to review your records and respond.
We want to limit the number of immunizations and medical screenings you need to receive. Before scheduling an appointment, please gather your existing immunization and medical records. You may need to contact your school’s student health services office, parent or guardian who may have access to these records on your behalf, or your primary care physician or local health department to gather these records. You will not be able to schedule your appointment at the Healthe Clinic until your existing records have been submitted to the HR Compliance Operations team and you have received an email indicating the remaining outstanding immunizations or medical screenings.

Transferring a prescription to one of our pharmacies is simple. Just let us know the name and phone number of your current pharmacy with remaining refills and our pharmacy team will do the rest. and Innovations, are available to all associates and their covered dependents for prescription medications and over-the-counter products. All prescriptions filled by participants at the Healthe Pharmacy are billed to the applicable Cerner-sponsored plan. Associates and their families benefit from an average discount of 70% less than community pharmacies. The pharmacies stock a wide variety of medications and can fill prescriptions from both our Healthe Clinic Providers as well as outside providers.

The Healthe Clinic partners with our on-site athletic trainers to help associates move well and move often. All associates can schedule with an athletic trainer. The two options are an “athletic trainer” appointment, used to assess injuries and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, or a “motion capture” appointment, used for a general movement screening that uses 3D motion analysis technology.
Motion captures are only offered at World Headquarters and Innovations, whereas athletic trainer appointments can be scheduled at any of the Healthe Clinics.

Video visits are used in the Healthe Clinic to allow for a more personal experience for our virtual associates and their covered dependents. Health coach and maternity navigator video visits are only to be used for members outside of the Kansas City area who are enrolled in Cerner health benefits. For dietitian video visits, members must reside in Kansas, Missouri or Pennsylvania, and must be located in one of those states during the visit. Should your care team suggest you see a same-day provider, the teams will collaborate to ensure any necessary follow-ups are scheduled and that a full recovery is achieved. Our chiropractors are trained in manual, table-assisted and instrument adjusting techniques to restore biomechanical function of the body to reduce neural tension. Anyone suffering nerve, muscle, bone or joint complaints can benefit from chiropractic care.
Associates and their families not enrolled in the Cerner Health Plan or unable to cover out of pocket Clinic expenses are encouraged to explore behavioral health services managed through our EAP partner, My Life Resources. This service will connect you with community counselors and cover up to six sessions at no charge for Cerner families. If you require additional or specialized assistance, you may be referred to an additional specialist. My Life Resources can be reached at 1-800-327-0795. Following a brief intake, arrangements will be made for you to meet with a counselor in the geographic area of your choosing. Unless you authorize an EAP counselor to share details on your behalf, your information will remain confidential.

Psychotherapy at the Healthe Clinic is a collaborative treatment program grounded in open, neutral dialogue. Members and therapists will work together to identify and change the thought and behavior patterns that are keeping you from feeling your best. Information shared during your session is kept completely confidential within the Clinic’s electronic medical record. Therapy notes are brief; documentation indicates your attendance, major themes and interventions. Your diagnosis may be discussed with other members of the Healthe Clinic team but only when information is critical to your care. Clinic therapists also provide testing and formal assessment services as clinically appropriate.

works with you to design your individualized plan for healthy living.
Our team believes that establishing with a PCP is important for
continuity of care and better health outcomes.
To ensure we consistently meet your immediate health care needs, we hold back 40% of our provider visits for same-day use. This means that, in most cases, when you’re sick and need to see your PCP, we will be able to work you in the same day. If your PCP is unavailable, we offer same-day appointments with nurse practitioners (NP) who work closely with our PCPs.

Our goal is to have little to no waiting time in the lobby of the clinic. Therefore, check-in is only allowed 15 minutes prior to your appointment. No need to leave work to show up to your appointment extra early. When you arrive at one of our Healthe Clinics for an appointment, you will check in at a kiosk which allows you to verify your personal information as well as sign policy forms or other outstanding documents.

Care suites incorporate two conjoined spaces: a comfortable living room for consultation and an evaluation area for physical examinations and procedures. Many also feature an adjoining restroom. Select services are available at no cost to eligible associates and dependents enrolled in a Cerner-sponsored health plan for:

Out-of-house labs, some immunizations, durable medical equipment (i.e., crutches, splints), pharmacy services and
over-the-counter medications are the member’s responsibility. Prior to mailing statements, our Financial Navigator reviews accounts to ensure applicable FSA and HRdollars are applied toward the member’s responsibility. Statements are mailed to the member’s home in 30-, 60- and 90-day increments. Members who do not provide payment within 90 days may be disqualified from accessing Healthe Clinic services until payment is received.
If you are enrolled in a non-Cerner-sponsored health plan (other employer health plan) or private health plan, you are not eligible for the Healthe Clinic Plan but may access the clinic services. The associate and dependent will be responsible for paying for the services rendered at time of service. They are responsible for seeking reimbursement from their respective health plan as applicable.
Associates and dependents not enrolled or covered by any health plan or those who are enrolled in Medicare Part B are not eligible for the Healthe Clinic.
