Program Overview
The 360° Internship Program is designed to provide participants with a macro understanding of the multi-faceted real estate industry. The program seeks students from all majors and backgrounds, only requiring an aptitude to learn and a willingness to make a difference in the community and our organization. Participants gain knowledge and real world experience in many aspects of the real estate process including research, brokerage, investment sales, property management, construction, marketing, architecture and development. This 11 week summer program is structured to include site tours, industry events, collaborative workshops and job shadowing, in addition to day-to-day support.

Collaboration Days
Interns learn from their peers, other departments and community stakeholders, about different facets of the real estate industry
• Hosted once a week, lasting between three and four hours
• Opportunity to learn from each other with each participant responsible for sharing with their peers their experience in their department
• Interns meet with internal and external stakeholders about different aspects of the industry
• Site tour, case study review or group project work with stakeholder
