HVAC

Two cooling towers and three pumps are utilized for providing
condenser water to the AHUs. One boiler is provided for the site.
ELEVATOR SERVICE
The building utilizes three hydraulic elevators; two passenger elevators in the lobby and one freight elevator which provide service between the basement and 1st floor only.
FIRE PROTECTION
A fire pump is provided for the standpipe/sprinkler system. The building is fully sprinklered and has a conventional fire alarm system.
