The 20th Floor Conference Center at Dominion Enterprises features eight rooms that accommodate training, conference, and private meetings with built-in audio/visual capabilities.
The rooms are complemented by two common gathering areas, men’s and women’s restrooms, one large and one small kitchen for catering needs, and a semi-private study area.
Daily cleaning services are included to maintain sanitation in the meeting rooms and restrooms including trash and recycling pickup.
Secure access from the 20th floor to the internal parking garage, lobby, and assigned-access floors is provided with programmed badges.

The building is equipped with 4 - 600kW generators. Each generator sits atop a 750 gallon diesel fuel tank. The generators are located internally, on the first floor of the building. This setup provided protection from the weather and maintenance can be performed any time. The generators are exercised regularly and are inspected quarterly by Bay Power Solutions.
In case of commercial power loss, the generators provide power to all life safety systems. This includes fire alarm and detection systems, fire sprinklers and the data center fire suppression system, emergency and exit lighting, building security system, power to data closets throughout the building as well as cooling for these closets, and power to a couple of elevators.
