Reed W. Payne
As in years past, we strived to deliver an engaging agenda full of market-leading insights to help us
all prepare for what we are likely to see across our leading Northwest markets this year.
Trends is historically an in-person event, hosted by Colliers Silicon Valley for over 22 years. This year, Colliers, alongside our valued sponsors and like the rest of the world, pivoted to a virtual forum and
we thank you for your continued support and attendance in this new format. With all change comes opportunity, and we were thrilled to have been able to expand our audience to include our brokerage community and key clients across our Northwest region, thanks to this accessible virtual format.
While our spotlight remained firmly on Silicon Valley, it was refreshing to see the performance of
the local market within the wider context of other West Coast technology-driven cities, including
San Francisco and Seattle.
