1. What happens if stakeholders do not enroll?
They will not have benefits for 2020! You will receive three outreach attempts from DirectPath to set up your enrollment appointment.
2. Do stakeholders have to schedule an appointment?
Yes! They will have a 30 minute, confidential, enrollment appointment with a Benefits Educator.
3. How do stakeholders schedule their appointment?
Visit www.signaturehealthcarebenefits.com or call (877) 901-1634. (M-F 9AM-6PM ET).
4. How do stakeholders prepare/what do they need for their appointment?
Stakeholders will need dependent information (DOB and SSN) for their appointment.
5. Can my spouse enroll for me?
Yes. Please make sure the scheduler is aware that you would like to have your spouse enroll on your behalf, or write this in the notes field if you scheudle your appointment online.
6. What can stakeholders expect during their appointment?
A licensed, non-commissioned Benefits Educator will educate them about benefit options and help them
choose plans that best fit their needs.
7. If stakeholders miss OE, when can they enroll again?
Outside of the October Open Enrollment period, stakeholders may only change coverage during the year
if they experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE) such as marriage, divorce, birth of a child, adoption, placement for adoption, death, or loss of coverage. The change must be made within 31 days of the event. The change must also be consistent with the event. Please call DirectPath at (877) 901-1634 (M-F 9AM-6PM ET) to complete your outside of enrollment event.
8. How do I submit documentation for a Qualifying Life Event?
Please submit all documentation to shcbenefits@kellyway.com within 30 days of the Qualifying Event or call the Stakeholder Benefits call Center at (855) 493-0333 with questions.
9. When are these benefits effective?
Your benefits are effective after your initial waiting period following your date of hire.
10. Are part-time stakeholders eligible for benefits?
Yes, part-time stakeholders working 17.5 hours or more per week will be eligible for the benefits offered
through Chubb. These benefits include Critical Illness Insurance, Permanent Life Insurance, and Accident
Insurance.
