The interconnected and multifaceted approach of the programme means we are always looking to expand the Brave New Law community, if you are interested in being a part of the programme:
The Brave New Law community has resources for people at all levels of their legal career from GCs and senior in-house Counsel, to legal team and legal operations:
GC's and Senior In-House Legal
We have built a strong network of dedicated GC's who join and contribute to this series of interactive roundtables and workshops. Coming together to share ideas and experiences from a wide range of business is what makes the Brave New Law programme unique.
Wider Legal team
Legal team members who are mid-career level, aspiring GC's who have the potential to progress through the business. Our webinars and toolkits aim to support this group in developing the human-centered skills required to do so.
Legal Operations
A community made up of those with legal operations responsibilities, again our webinars and toolkits focus on the practical challenges faced when driving innovation and transformation within legal functions.

1. In-house legal challenges
The challenges of doing more with less, recruiting and motivating talent, gaining a voice at the boardroom table, selecting innovative legal tech and running strategic projects are all issues that in-house legal teams face. The solutions to these problems can be found through collaboration and co-creation.
The conception of our Brave New Law programme coincides with an increased global interest in how businesses approach societal matters such as ESG, D&I and the economic downturn , meaning the topics we explore have never been more relevant and necessary for in-house legal teams. Our aim is to bring together members of the legal community from a range of jurisdictions and sectors to fuel diversity of thought, combining in-house and private practice expertise to create innovative solutions, generate ideas and navigate the future changing world together.

2. Delivering the future of law
Brave New Law is a global and interactive programme, through which we have created a safe space for collaboration and sharing experiences in order to learn from peers in the legal field, and uncover where others have found success in their solutions to common pain points and challenges.
Bringing together thought leaders and legal experts has created a unique community that goes beyond legal matters to tackle global and societal issues facing GCs.
We explore multiple themes throughout each year and the discussions around these topics are led by independent thought leader Dr Catherine McGregor in collaboration with our DWF team.
Something for everyone:
To ensure that every level of an organisation can access this learning and discussion, running parallel to our roundtables we hold regular webinars and produce articles, videos and toolkits around each theme which can be explored by anyone within the legal function wishing to expand their knowledge. Please see below the topics we've visited so far.
