I did my best to keep up as well, and my notes have been combined with feedback from the other sessions and compiled in a summary report that’s just been released.
We had a graphic recorder in each of the breakout rooms, who listened in on our session and recorded the flow of the discussion with drawings and notes. Fortunately, we wrapped up when we did or that artist would have had to mark up a second wall!
Words of Wisdom from the Summit
Defining success and return on investment – lots of things came up during the roundtables, but “skill set development” was mentioned quite a bit.
An interesting diversion into how mobility and talent management may have different goals but why they should work together.
The characteristics of an exceptional Mobility programme leader – the consensus seemed to define a “confident risk taker.”

Our APAC Summit was held at the JW Marriott Hotel in Singapore—in my mind, a perfect symbol of the Mobility industry. It’s a historic building with a modern, renovated interior. Mobility respects tradition while embracing new opportunities, technology and thoughts.
As a Graebel team member in charge of Supply Chain Management in the APAC region, I looked forward to facilitating one of the morning breakout sessions, knowing there would be plenty to learn from a supplier’s perspective.

APAC Workforce Mobility Strategy Summit
These are among those keywords and phrases that kept coming up in my mind. While facilitating the roundtable, all of these elements were reminiscent of our high expectations and rigorous standards that we hold our suppliers to as it relates to the customer experience.
Agility, Proactivity, Innovation, Duty of Care
