At Biolumina, Curiosity Builds is our mantra. We believe that curiosity builds better insights, better brands, better collaboration, better careers, and a better agency. Our inspiration comes from Isaac Newton, whose curiosity about an apple allegedly hitting him on the head led to the creation of his universal law of gravity. Curiosity drives both intelligence and empathy, and both are key to creativity—and not just the creativity that can be found in our campaigns. Creative solutions from curious minds enhance every department, from medical to operations, from customer experience to strategy, from creative to account services. Biolumina is a full-service, integrated agency delivering customized, data-driven solutions for oncology brands. We are passionate about, and remain completely focused on, the oncology space—one of the fastest growing, most exciting, and inspiring therapeutic categories. We understand how complex and dynamic oncology continues to be. The foundation of our agency is curiosity because it propels us to uncover truths and discover opportunities through a deep understanding of the science, the disease, and the key stakeholders’ emotional journeys. Open Mind means always asking "why" to respectfully push ideas, and each other, to achieve the best results for the concepts and for the team. Brave Heart means being bold enough to share and defend your opinions—but also being brave enough to change them. And Ready Hands means taking the time to teach and learn every day, as well as providing support and guidance in any situation. In particular, expressing gratitude and kindness helps create a culture of appreciation that is a trademark of the agency.
