The Elevate position as the champion of challenger brands remains more relevant than ever. During the past year, so many more brands have come to the realization that they are challenger brands.
Marketing to a healthcare professional audience has changed radically, even for market leaders and established brands. But for challenger brands—the brands with something to prove, obstacles to overcome, perceptions to change—the dilemma is even bigger. They need to find new ways to compete.
So what is it exactly that challenger brands must confront and overcome?
ASSUMPTIONS. PERCEPTIONS. COMPLACENCY. CIRCUMSTANCE. STATUS QUO. IGNORANCE. BULLIES. SOMETIMES, THEMSELVES.
Elevate helps challenger brands adapt to the new world of marketing. We help them reach laser-focused positioning, targeting, and messaging for total brand approach.

Culture
During the last year and all through the pandemic, Elevate HR and staff were working overtime to provide associates with a wealth of programs that would help with engagement, communication, culture, and mental/physical well-being. The initiatives ranged from the basic, like weekly virtual yoga sessions, meditation sessions, and company virtual and outdoor outings to larger, now permanent initiatives:
• Elevate University – weekly educational sessions on a variety of industry and
career topics
• Elevate Me – health and well-being initiative with LinkedIn Learning and Headspace app that covers key aspects of physical and mental wellness, including self-care and learning programs on career & workplace, financial security, managing life events, building resilience, supporting your mental health, and avoiding burnout
• Elevate US – an intranet program where employees can share victories, gift each other with points, give each other praise, and redeem points for various rewards

Diversity and Inclusion
Elevate Healthcare's commitment to diversity and inclusion is wide-ranging and spans three pillars:
• Workforce Diversity – with the richness of the world around us, it is important that Elevate's workforce reflects a diversity of skills, experiences, thinking, and perspectives
• Workforce Inclusion – Elevate believes in fostering a workplace culture that encourages acceptance, authenticity, collaboration, and flexibility in an effort to enable all employees to contribute to their full potential and that nurtures a sense of belonging
• Community Outreach – by being transparent in our efforts to communicate support for our diversity and inclusion efforts and engaging in the communities in which we serve, Elevate believes we will be able to inspire others and create potential change
