How we do it?
The mission at HCB Health is to give life-changing medicine a voice. Every brand has a story to tell, and we are relentlessly focused on uncovering insight for the narrative that transforms your therapy into an irresistible hit. We strive to create memorable work that moves and motivates. We consider it a privilege to tell these brands’ stories and find their voice—a voice that resonates with patients, physicians, and payers. A voice that rises above the noise of daily life and becomes a beacon of promise and hope.
At HCB we are very hands on and collaborative. Leadership will not only be a part of the journey, they will be an integral part of the team and process every step of the way, helping lead and shape the work. This boundless work ethic permeates our entire agency and sets a positive example for every person in every department and discipline.

Expertise
A Passion for Patients
At HCB, our storytellers have a special expertise to craft messages that connect, inform, and encourage. Today’s patients are empowered to seek out their own solutions and it is our role to make sure that they are served with the right message with the right brand voice. For more than 20 years, we’ve been engaging with patients in powerful ways. Our expertise ranges from informing cancer patients on treatment options, educating about proper prescription usage, delivering disease content in a social environment, working collaboratively with patient advocacy groups, creating online communities, branding hospital service lines, designing diagnostic apps for mother’s monitoring newborns, and creating all foundational branding elements and patient educational tools within patient support HUBs. Our passion for this type of work is what drives us. It is the patient whom we ultimately serve, and we view this as our ultimate calling.
Chapter 3
Culture
Having a culture that values people, we are now focused on ‘collaboration gatherings’ to foster relationships, community, and creativity. The hybrid model at HCB Health will keep morphing over time but our ‘people first’ philosophy will always be its driving force. Other ways that we have elevated the staff experience has been to expand benefits across the board. Because we are all working “mostly” remotely, the agency offers a monthly stipend to cover tech expenses such as WiFi, cell phone, ink, paper, and Fortnite Battle Packs. For pet lovers at the agency, our insurance policy was extended to cover your favorite furry friend. On your birthday, expect to get a birthday cake delivered to your door! Finally, the agency now offers unlimited paid time off for all staff. As long as managers give approval, the work is covered, and deadlines are met, we don’t want to limit anyone from living their best life.
