Setting personal boundaries is not easy, but we know if each member of our team is emboldened to do so, we will all have healthier, and more productive, work lives. We want each person to be empowered to create, communicate, and to live their respective boundaries. We encourage establishing both healthy rituals to transition from work to home, as well as defining log-off and time-off periods with their team. In addition, we set up organized structures of cut-off times and shift work during busy launches. To show that gratitude is such an important component of our culture, we offer Recognition Days for time off if you need to regroup and an Anniversary Appreciation Day, where we give everyone an extra day off to take during the month of their work anniversary.
