Dr Jennifer Sisson is the CMO of Travel Doctor TMVC in Australia. She began working in Travel Medicine in 1997 and since 2005 has worked only in the fields of Travel, Occupational and Tropical Medicine.
Jennifer obtained a Masters in Public Health and Tropical Medicine, with distinction, from James Cook University. She is Fellow of both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Australian College of Tropical Medicine (ACTM). She is currently the Dean and a Fellow of the Faculty of Travel Medicine (ACTM) and Fellow of the Faculty of Travel Medicine Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow.
Jennifer has worked with many of Australia’s large government organisations and private enterprises, over many years, assisting and advising them on their international deployment programs. Currently Jennifer is Chair of the ISTM Travel for Work Interest Group which has been considering pre-deployment processes and employer duty of care. She has lectured domestically and internationally on expatriate health and the pre-deployment process.
AMY ELLEWAY
Amy Elleway is a Special Counsel with Lexbridge Lawyers. She is a specialist legal consultant with 20 years of experience in regulatory design, reform and compliance.
Amy’s expertise in the development of complex regulatory and legislative frameworks is complemented by her experience managing multi party negotiations and whole-of-government legal policy reform programs across areas of trade and investment, maritime and aviation, and environment and climate change.
Amy’s recent experience has included national security reforms to the foreign investment regulatory framework, review of regulatory decision making processes under the Emissions Reduction Fund and the national review of the regulatory framework for the major Commonwealth owned airports under the Airports Act 1996.
Currently, Amy is leading the national review of regulatory frameworks for the development of the hydrogen industry.
Earlier in her career, Amy worked for the Attorney-General’s Department as a principal lawyer in a range of disciplines including Native Title, National Security and International Trade Law.
Amy brings to her legal practice her knowledge, perspective and experience as the owner and founder of Wild South Seafood. A company she developed on the principles of sustainability and has successfully grown into an innovative business model, doing things differently to address the challenges of our changing environment.

Neil Solomon is the Vice President for Asia Pacific and Latin America at UKG, where he leads the mission to create great workplaces through technology for all. Neil is originally from Brooklyn, New York, USA, lived in Silicon Valley for over 25 years, and now divides his time between Sydney, Australia and Austin, Texas, USA. He is also the Chief Financial Officer for the Chancy Memorial Foundation, a not-for-profit that enriches lives through the arts, with all proceeds going back to the organisation.
ROB MCDONALD
Based in Melbourne, Dr Rob McDonald is a seasoned senior sustainability executive. He has 22 years of post-Fellowship operational and corporate health, safety, environment and crisis response experience, as well as senior representation on global groups, such as the health and safety committee of the International Council on Mining and Metals and the steering committee for the Global Business Collaboration for Better Workplace Metal Health.
With more than 11 years in the role, Dr McDonald stepped down as the Vice President Health and Hygiene at BHP in December 2022, where he was able to put into practice his passion for protecting worker health through excellence in occupational health risk management and creating mentally healthy workplaces.
Dr McDonald is an experienced Board member, with over eight years as a Director across both BHP Billiton Sustainable Communities and BHP Marine and General and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
On leaving BHP, Dr McDonald was appointed Adjunct Professor at Monash University’s Centre for Occupational and Environmental Health and accepted a position on the Turner Institute for Mental Health and Wellbeing’s Advisory Council.
He is an active member of Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, including as an examiner and nominated representative on the Mentally Healthy Workplace Alliance. He has recently been appointed an external examiner for the Royal College of Physicians, Ireland.
In late 2023 he joined with Dr Nell Gillett and Dr Matt Atkins in establishing Syntiq Strategic Partners, an occupational health consulting business.

Peter Koh is APAC Head of Integrated Travel and Expense at Goldman Sachs, expertly oversees the APAC Travel and Expense program, driving commercial effectiveness across the region.
With a rich background spanning two decades in business travel, encompassing roles in Travel, Technology, Banking and Finance industry, Peter is a seasoned travel professional. He is currently serving as the Chair for the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) APAC Advisory Board and appointed as an Ex-officio member for the Board of Directors.
Peter’s academic credentials include a BA in Business Management from Northumbria University and an MBA from the University of Dubuque, Iowa.

Kevin is the General Manager Group Security at Australia Post. He is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of physical security for Australia Post and Star Track including investigations, business continuity and crisis and emergency management, fraud, aviation and protective security and intelligence. He leads engagement with all relevant external bodies, law enforcement and intelligence agencies. Kevin was previously the National Cyber Security Executive at IBM Australia New Zealand where he was responsible for bringing IBM’s security technology and expertise to Australia and New Zealand.Kevin was a member of the Australian Federal Police (AFP) for 30 years working predominantly on organised crime, covert operations, fraud, and money laundering. In 2002, Kevin was posted to Washington D.C as the AFP Senior Liaison Officer to the USA and Canada and returned to Australia in September 2004 as the Director of the Australian High Tech Crime Centre. He was promoted to Assistant Commissioner in 2009 and performed various roles before leaving the AFP in 2016.Kevin has been awarded with the Australian Police Medal and the Vietnamese Protection of Public Security Medal.Kevin holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Administration (Policing) and has completed the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Executive Institute Program.

He was the founding Chairman of PARIMA (Pan Asia Risk & Insurance Management Association) until December 2023, the asian regional risk managers association and Treasurer & he’s presently the President of IFRIMA (International Federation of Risk and Insurance Management Associations).
He was Vice-Chairman, Board Member and Head of Education for AMRAE (the French Risk managers Association) until end of 2003. He was Board Member of the SIRM (Swiss Risk Managers Association) from 2004 to 2009. He was Board Member of FERMA until August 2009.
He hold Masters in Political Sciences and Management Master, as well as in Risk Management. He’s Associate in Risk Management (ARM) as well as European Fellow in Applied Risk Management.

Jennifer leads some of the region’s largest programs in fragile and conflict affected countries including Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste and Solomon Islands. Prior to joining ASI in 2021, Jennifer spent almost 20 years working across the private sector and in international NGOs, and has led large country teams in Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Afghanistan, Nepal and Bhutan. Jennifer is particularly passionate about women’s leadership and representation within the development and humanitarian sector.

Ian is a former senior Australian diplomat and business executive. His 25-year career with the Australian government included service as Head of the South-East Asia Division in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), Australian High Commissioner to Papua New Guinea, as Australian Ambassador to Germany and Switzerland, and as Head of the International Division at the Australian Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet.
