*Real estate professionals become qualified to earn a bonus after they have registered with K. Hovnanian® Homes Build On Your Lot. Real estate professionals will earn a $50 bonus for each kept appointment with a first-time visitor to a K. Hovnanian® Homes Build On Your Lot, Design Studio, up to ten (10) clients per month (up to $500 per month). Bonus payments are paid to the real estate agent’s broker on the 25th day following the end of the prior calendar month. The calculation of appointment bonuses resets on the 1st day of each calendar month. Agents must attend one K. Hovnanian® Homes Build On Your Lot sponsored event per fiscal quarter to qualify for the following quarter. A kept appointment is one made by an agent and kept by the client and agent. A new prospect must be entered into our CRM system, an agent may qualify for an appointment bonus for any client at one Design Studio only. Bonus payments are based on the selling agent only and do not cross-accumulate among corporations, teams, brokers or agencies. Total real estate professional commissions and bonus may not exceed eight percent (8%) of the sales price of the home. **Three percent (3%) commission on the first sale. Four percent (4%) commission on the second sale. Five percent (5%) commission on the third sale and any additional sale during a rolling 12 month period ***Commission percentage is based on the base price only. Commission calculations are based on the sale date of the contract. K. Hovnanian® Homes Build on Your Lot will pay all commissions when footers are poured and authorization to excavate. Initial 12-month period is calculated beginning the day of the first sale, and ending 365 days later. Once the third sale is made, the rolling 12-month period start date resets with each subsequent sale. If the real estate professional does not sell at least one home in each rolling 12-month period following the third sale, a new 12-month period will begin and the commission on the next sale will be 3%. No commissions are paid from K. Hovnanian® Homes to Brokers on the value of the land. Offer valid on K. Hovnanian® Homes Build On Your Lot sales only. Total real estate commissions and bonus may not exceed eight percent (8%) of the sales price of the home. For complete program details, please see a sales consultant. How does it work

For every client you bring in for an appointment, you get $50 up to (10) clients per month. That could be an extra $6,000 per year!

Your Commissions Stay the Same

Your commission structure will stay the same! You are guaranteed Three percent (3%)** commission on the first sale. Four percent (4%)** commission on the second sale. Five percent (5%)** commission on the third sale and any additional sale during a rolling 12 month period.***

REAP the Rewards

K. Hovnanian® Homes Build On Your Lot will pay your commission*** when the loan closes & when we receive the following items within thirty (30) days of the contract date unless otherwise noted:

1. Signed Purchase Agreement 2. Written Loan Approval 3. Completed Agency Disclosure Form 4. Completed Broker/Agent Registration Form

Real estate professionals must be registered with the program before appointments are made. Registration starts January 1st, 2020.

Appointments must be made and kept to count towards your bonus.

The bonus accounting period is a calendar month, and appointments will be counted once kept.

Real estate professionals must attend one K. Hovnanian® Homes Build On Your Lot sponsored event per calendar quarter to remain active in the program. These events include an appointment with a client, a CE Course, a real estate professional open house, one of our quarterly REAP events, or a customer networking event.

Each real estate agent may receive an appointment bonus for up to ten (10) clients to K. Hovnanian® Homes Build On Your Lot (maximum of $500 per month). For the purposes of this program, kept appointments that result in a new prospect entered into our Sales CRM System qualify you for an appointment bonus, and you may receive an appointment bonus only for your client’s first visit to a K. Hovnanian® Homes Build On Your Lot Design Studio. While we encourage you to have your client visit multiple communities, you may only receive one appointment bonus for any individual client.

Appointment bonus payments will be paid on the 25th of the following month to your broker. K. Hovnanian® Homes Build On Your Lot is not responsible for taxes or broker fees.
