Mr Green started at Haileybury in 2004 as a Literacy and Junior School Coordinator, having previously taught and led curriculum development in the Department of Education. In 2006, he was appointed Head of Junior School (Newlands). In this role, Mr Green led the Junior School through the implementation and continued development of Haileybury’s highly-renowned Explicit Teaching Model. In 2018, Mr Green was appointed Director of Teaching and Learning (Junior School), driving collaboration, teaching and learning coaching and professional learning in Junior School across all campuses. In 2020, Mr Green took up the position of Deputy Principal (Junior School).

Mr Scott joined Haileybury in 2002, was Head of Senior School between 2005 and 2007, was appointed Principal in December of 2007 and is one of Australia’s most highly regarded education leaders. He is Chair of the Australian Curriculum and Assessment Authority and on the Board of the International Education Association of Australia. Mr Scott was awarded the Australian Principal of Year at the 2019 Australian Education Awards.
