Jessica Seppi,

“We’re trying to build inclusive behaviours to mitigate implicit bias in our workforce. That way, we can not only make an impact at a systemic level internally that advances equity and respect, but also help create a more equitable workforce across the Canadian insurance industry”
Rob Marsh,

Abergel Goldstein & Partners LLP was founded over two decades ago by a group of hungry, young criminal defence lawyers who believed that every client deserves a smart, creative, fearless defence. Now, with years of experience defending serious, complex cases, the firm has evolved into a focused group of seasoned professionals. Each lawyer at the firm brings
razor-sharp intellect, finely honed judgment, and courtroom skills that can spell the difference between success and failure.
Criminal litigation is serious business, and there is no room for mistakes.
It’s under this kind of pressure that the lawyers at Abergel Goldstein & Partners do their best work. Whether securing an acquittal from a jury in a murder trial or arguing an appeal before the Supreme Court of Canada, the firm has the experience and expertise that its clients need in the most demanding settings possible.
