Robert has been extensively involved with the John Molson School of Business Advisory Board, as well as in fundraising and donations for Concordia University. He has served on several boards and steering committees (CIRO, MFDA, IDA, CAFP, IFIC). Robert is an active member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO). Recently, his passion for music led him to invest in LANDR, a digital music company, where he now serves as Chairman of the Board.

Robert Ruffolo is responsible for advisor recruitment at PEAK and plays a key role in ensuring the firm continues to provide active and effective support to its advisors. With nearly 30 years of experience in the financial industry, Robert has cultivated strong relationships with major industry players and gained extensive experience in senior business development positions at some of Canada’s largest asset management firms. He also serves on the board of directors of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC).
Robert holds a degree in commerce and economics from Concordia University and has earned the chartered financial analyst (CFA) designation.

Song Song is Director of EverBright Finance’s East Team. Prior to joining the company, he gained 12 years’ experience in banking, including in leadership, lending and operations risk control roles. His most recent position was at BNZ as Regional Manager in SME Acquisition. Song’s experience and knowledge of the banking industry give him a great understanding of clients’ financial goals and how to take them there.
Song specialises in several areas, such as business and commercial lending, property finance, cash flow lending and budgeting, residential home lending, investment property lending and business planning. His proficiency in these areas enables him to provide tailored financial solutions to his clients.
