We worked with a multinational automotive manufacturer with nearly 300,000 employees worldwide to build a deep understanding of their existing culture and communicate it . The company recognized that its home country market was saturated. To continue its growth it would need to manufacture and sell its products abroad, which would significantly shift the balance of the business.
To export the company’s success , it would need to bring that same culture that had initially made it successful to its operations around the world. We helped the company implement steps that would embed this culture around the world.
The client accomplished its goal of moving from an export-oriented business into a global one. Its international business grew from $40 billion to $200 billion in 10 years. The client successfully created and developed competencies that recreated its culture of engineering excellence globally.
Rolls-Royce recruits hundreds of graduates, interns and apprentices annually across its international operations. We were engaged to rebrand and revitalize Rolls-Royce’s early careers attraction campaign across strategy, messaging and media touchpoints to deliver the next generation of talent.
We executed detailed research, analysis and strategic creative development to engage audiences in the UK, US, China, Singapore, India and the Nordics through a campaign called CREATE | BETTER, aimed at people who want to make an impact and take pride in their work. We enhanced the Rolls-Royce early career brand and employer value proposition and dramatically increased the organization’s visibility in the market. The campaign generated 145 Facebook-driven applications, a 17.3% yearly uplift in viewings of the company’s early career YouTube channel and a 20% increase in applications from women.
Our history with a large, global Japanese OEM began with consulting centered around pay and work measurement in the U.S. Over the years, the relationship evolved and the parent company began working with us as well. The client now uses our job evaluation methodology and market data globally to recruit and select their executives. We also work with this client in different parts of the world and across different solution areas, including assessments in Europe, culture transformation in India and Italy, and executive search in the U.S. We have partnered with this automaker for over 20 years, supporting the organization globally with work measurement, broad-based rewards, and executive compensation delivery and practice.
Through our partnership, we are providing insights and education to their global HQ HR department, helping them rethink and redesign their executive compensation programs across geographies. We enable the organization to compete for the talent they need to take the organization into the next era of mobility.
