We launched our first ETF in 2006 and have continued strengthening our Global ETF Platform with the acquisitions of Horizons ETFs in 2011, Global X ETFs in 2018, and ETF Securities in 2022, along with organically expanding into numerous markets such as Hong Kong, Japan, Europe, India, Vietnam, and Brazil over the years. What will the weather look like?
How will transporation be arranged to and from Fairmont Orchid?
The hotel is approximately a 30-minute drive from the airport. While shuttle buses are available every two hours, considering the potential wait time and convenience, we recommend using Uber or a taxi for your transfer. If you prefer to take the shuttle bus, please refer to the schedule below: Arrival: Shuttle buses run every two hours from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday Departure: Shuttle buses run every two hours from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Wednesday. More details will be shared soon.
How will rooms be assigned?
Rooms have been assigned separately for each individual. You'll be given your room number and key upon check-in.
Where and when will breakfast be served?
Breakfast will be served at the Orchid Court Restaurant from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

How will room reservations be paid?
HQ will cover Hotel fees from Feb 2nd Check-in to Feb 5th Check-out (3 Nights) and for Rally Attendees only. Any additional stay will need to be paid when checking out.
How are non-event expenses covered?
Non-event expenses like room service, souvenier purchases, additional activities, etc. will not be covered by HQ. Attendees will be charged at check out.
What can we expect for the Tour on Day 2?
A light trail walk throughout Kohala Waterfalls at noon followed by a tour of Hawi town. We recommend comfortable clothing with light footwear.
Can I get an early check-in or a late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-outs will only be provided by the hotel according to availability. Please reach out to Fairmont Orchid to check and confirm.
What will golf items will be provided?
Golf balls and clubs will be provided, but golf wear will not be prepared.
