This survey is designed for leaders within companies to easily complete based upon knowledge of your leadership team. As members of the natural products industry, you have been at the leading edge of transformative change and improving our food systems. To continue to drive systemic change toward a vibrant regenerative economy, that you and your business have helped foster, we now turn to issues related to justice, equity, diversity and inclusion. We call it our JEDI mission. To begin our work, we must first understand it. That’s why we’re asking for your help in filling out this survey so we can obtain some key benchmarks to better understand where we are and where we need to go.

Kuli Kuli worked with the Avarna Group to take a critical look at our recruitment efforts, hiring process and internal team culture to create an environment where diversity thrives. We re-designed our recruitment and hiring processes, held a full-team workshop and crafted a JEDI mission statement.
