Jane Miller is a 30-year food industry executive with experience working with start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. She is also the founder of Janeknows.com, a career advice website geared towards young leaders starting their careers.
Jane is currently the CEO of Lily’s Sweets and has held several other CEO roles in the natural and organic industry, including Rudi’s Bakery, ProYo High Protein Ice Cream and HannahMax Cookie Chips. Over the course of her career, Jane was part of an executive team that brought Hostess out of bankruptcy, worked for HJHeinz as the Chief Growth Officer and then the President of the UK & Ireland Division, and she ran the Western division of Bestfoods Baking. The first fourteen years of her career were at PepsiCo, where she rose to be the President of the Central division of Frito-Lay.
Jane currently serves as a board member at the University of Colorado Leeds Business School and Eldorado Springs Artesian Water along with advisory roles with Alpine Start Foods and New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. Her involvement as a mentor for young professionals and start-ups resulted in her being named the Lifetime Achievement Award Winner for the Denver Business Journal in 2013, the Boulder Chamber of Commerce’s Women Who Light the Community in 2015 and the Naturally Boulder Industry Leader Award in 2016. In 2015, Jane established the Jane Knows Scholarship Fund at Leeds supporting students who are the first in their family to go to college and in 2018 received the Leeds’ Service Award.
Jane has a Russian Studies degree from Knox College in Galesburg, IL, where she received a 2017 Alumni Achievement Award, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.

As Naturally Boulder’s board president, Carlotta helped bring the Naturally Boulder model to other communities and establish Naturally Bay Area, Naturally Austin, Naturally Chicago, Naturally San Diego, Naturally Los Angeles and Naturally New York City; and she now serves on the board of directors for the new Naturally Network.
In addition, Carlotta is a co-founder of the J.E.D.I Collaborative, which was created to foster justice, equity, diversity and inclusion within the natural & organic products industry, and she serves on the board of the Climate Collaborative, whose mission is to leverage the power of the natural products industry to reverse climate change.
In 2013, Carlotta co-founded a paleo snack company called Wholly Bites, which hit the market well before Whole Foods Market and other retailers began adding paleo sections to their stores. Wholly Bites was sold to 1908 Brands in 2016.

As the driving force behind A Dozen Cousins, Ibraheem Basir’s commitment to leading and growing thebrand is inspired by his love of food, family, and culture. Launched in 2018 this mission-based natural foodcompany is dedicated to creating convenient, nutrient-dense products inspired by regional Creole,Caribbean, and Latin American recipes.
Growing up in a big family with nine siblings, food was always a big deal to Basir. At dinner time, his familywould gather around to crack jokes, tell stories, and bond over a blend of traditional Black and Latinofoods. Their diverse menu was the by-product of his mother’s roots and their Brooklyn neighbors. Whethera routine weeknight meal or a special celebration, food has always been a source of joy for Basir and a wayto stay connected with his family and culture. The brand name, A Dozen Cousins, is inspired by Basir’sdaughter, her 11 cousins and all of the fun family meals they share together.

Today, Julia leads Planet FWD, a company on a mission to tackle climate change by expanding regenerative agriculture adoption through a sustainable ingredient platform alongside a climate-friendly snack brand.
Julia serves on the board of Black Girls Code and the All Raise operating committee. She sits on the Launch with GS advisory council and is an EIR for Cleo Capital. Julia is an active angel investor focused on female and BIPOC founders.
