The property is a short walk from the beautiful Maenporth Beach which has a café and offers various water sports activities. Opposite the beach is an award winning restaurant and bar. Coastal walks meander along the cliffs and coves, whilst the Rivers Fal and Helford offer some of the most attractive sailing in the country. There are golf courses at Falmouth and Budock Vean. Mawnan Smith is approximately 1½ miles away and offers excellent local amenities including a surgery. There is a wider range of facilities at Falmouth, with an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and bars. The county town of Truro lies around 13 miles to the north. Directions:
From Truro follow all signs for Falmouth along the A39. Just before reaching Falmouth at the Hillhead roundabout, take the second exit on to Union Road. Proceed along this road without deviation following all signs for Maenporth. Upon reaching the beach on the left hand side, and the Cove restaurant on the right take the immediate right to the barriered entrance. Proceed up this hill following all the signs for the reception.
