The property will have air source central heating (with a tariff) supplying underfloor heating to both ground and first floors. Mains water and drainage will be connected. Council Tax Bands have not yet been assessed.
In order to achieve very high standards of energy efficiency, insulation and U-values, the houses are being constructed with Nudura ICF (Insulated Concrete Form). This allows the walls to be a highly insulated concrete thermal mass providing warmer homes in the winter and cooler in the summer with minimal energy usage and cost as a result. There will be underfloor heating to both ground and first floors, installed with individual room controllable thermostats.

Directions:
From Helston take the A3083 towards the Lizard. Follow this road without deviation as signposted for the Lizard. Upon entering the village, turn right directly after reaching the village green car park, taking you on to Lizard Head Lane. Remain on this road for approximately 500 meters where the development is situated on the left hand side, just beyond Hellarcher Farm.

National Trust sites on the Lizard range from the dramatic coastal scenery around Lizard Point to the beautiful ancient woodland around the Helford River. Two miles to the north of Lizard Village lies the secluded Kynance Cove, considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world with its turquoise sea and white sands, hidden from view among towering cliffs. There are many interconnected caves to be explored at low tide but high tide can be quite an exciting experience on a stormy day. A few miles further along this stretch of coast the beautiful picture-postcard harbour at Mullion Cove protects a small fishing fleet from the ferocious Atlantic storms.
