Savills Knightsbridge is delighted to support the Kensington and Chelsea Foundation, a charity that identifies and supports projects which improve the lives of disadvantaged and vulnerable people in our community. This year, Savills employees across London took part in a "sleeping rough" overnight to raise awareness for homelessness in London. We are also looking forward to continuing our support of the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals annual carol concert later this year. Savills Knightsbridge is involved in many local engagements. Last year, we sponsored the Imperial College School of Medicine Final Year Dinner, and sponsored The Knightsbridge Association, an annual publication about the Knightsbridge Area. One of our team members recently participated in LandAids 'Sleeping Rough' sponsorship. We have also previously acted as sponsor for St Luke's Carol Concert, the proceeds of which go towards The Royal Brompton Hospital. We have also monitored Savills stalls at the Chelsea Flower Show.

Savills Cheltenham is proud to support and take part in a number of local charity events each year to raise money and awareness for various causes. Amongst other initiatives in 2022, the Cheltenham Office were proud to link up with the Charity for the Protection of Rural England Gloucestershire, with a number of events throughout the year, including an open garden event at Highnam Court, a guided tour of Colesbourne Arboretum with owner Sir Henry Elwes and sponsoring the Savills Earth award at the CPRE annual awards, as well as headline sponsor of the Christmas Carol service in December. Another highlight of the year was the annual Broadway car show, a two day event in August with thousands of visitors held on the stunning Broadway High Street in conjunction with our office in Stow-on-the-Wold.
Held in the heart of the beautiful Broadway High Street, the annual two day Broadway Car Show is one of the highlights of the social calendar of the region, with thousands of visitors marvelling at the wonderful array of cars.
A new initiative for the Charity for the Protection of Rural England Gloucestershire, Savills were proud to sponsor an award entitled the Savills Earth award, recognising 'Responding to Climate Change' and deservedly won by Barnwood Park and Arboretum.
Our final event of the year was being the headline sponsor of the annual CPRE Christmas Carol Service held this year at St Peters Church on Church Road in Leckhampton. A packed audience enjoyed singing famous Christmas carols, as well as listening to speakers including England Rugby World Cup Winner Phil Vickery and Savills own Sheila Ham.
Savills Cirencester have been involved in a number of charity events this year, including the Fresh Air Sculpture exhibition and the Old Gore Christmas Fair, which is a local event which raises money for the Carlie Tufnel charitable trust. We also sponsor Badminton Horse Trials and the Beaufort and VWH point to points.

The key to our culture at Savills Summertown, Oxford is taking an active role in our local community. Whether it's our active baking committee, running triathlons, cycling mountains or simply giving our time to support local groups, the Oxford team love to get involved. Recent activities have included a bake sale in Summertown, Oxford in aid of Thames Valley Air Ambulance and a cycle ride from Westminster to Islip in aid of Sobel House. There is always a large Savills turn out for the Oxford Town and Gown, in aid of muscular dystrophy. The Oxford offices have been fundraising throughout 2023 for Aspire, supporting its fantastic work in the Oxfordshire community. To assist in these efforts, and inspired by the charity’s connection to Blenheim Palace, the office teams decided undertake a fundraising walk to Blenheim Palace and back.

We support local village sports groups, schools, charities and churches through advertising in fixture cards, carol concert programmes and food and produce show programmes as well as donations. On a larger scale we sponsor the Juniors at Stow Rugby Club, Broadway Car Show and Moreton Show, the latter supporting both local people and bringing visitors into the area. Each Christmas we make a donation towards the Town Council for the christmas lights and tree. Savills has recently made a substantial donation on our behalf to Home Start Cotswolds.

Savills Winchester are proud to support the local community and contribute to various charities. We recently raised over £1,200 for Macmillan Cancer Support by walking 26 miles from Salisbury to Winchester, Cathedral to Cathedral. A really tough challenge but one we got through together as a team and all for such a worthy cause. Annually, the Savills Winchester and Farnham offices sponsor the Dummer Fair which has been held for over 20 years and is a wonderful opportunity for us to speak with the wider community. In previous years we have also sponsored The Fulflood Ball, again a fantastic way for us to spend an evening with local residents and businesses.

Throughout 2022 we were thrilled to support a number of local charities including the wonderful Dummer Fair in October on behalf of the Treloars School Trust which works alongside Treloars School offering outstanding education and support to those children and young adults with significatnt learning or physical support needs. Their work often goes unseen and havs helped to change the life chances of thousands of children over the last 100 years. We also worked with the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice supporting the Crondall Village Christmas Fair for the fifth consecutive year and we were proud to support the hugely important 'My Name is Doddie' Foundation on behlaf of Motor Neurone Disease with an event at Frensham Heights School.

One can only say, “Excellent”. We were looking for a rental and Tom Jennings provided us with service levels not experienced with other agents. He kept us abreast of what was happening and could not have been more helpful and professional. Tom Jennings was recommended to us regarding letting of our Bungalow at Hale Farm, Newnham, Hook, Hants which had become vacant.
