This is the time of year when we evaluate everything that we have done and the way that the market has responded for the past 12 months. At the start of each year we set out a game plan that details the financial needs of the business, recruitment, training, advertising, marketing, PR, expansion plans and of course the market place itself. This has been a some what arduous task post recession but for 2015 we managed to get it spot on. Our performance forecasting was within 3%, our market reach was 5% above target and each of the offices obtained not only the level of quality required but that was matched by the numbers.
