Local Experts
Our Mid-Atlantic roots can be traced back to 1913. The Philadelphia Metro office was formerly the headquarters for Barclay White, who was purchased by Skanska in 1997. Based out of Blue Bell, the team focuses on education, institutional, commercial, healthcare and life sciences projects. Together with our customers and collective expertise of teammates not only in Pennsylvania, but around the U.S. and world, we create innovative and sustainable solutions that support healthy living, and use knowledge and foresight to shape the way people live, work, and connect.

Located on the north side of campus, Singer Hall is adjacent to the Skanska-built Unified Science Center and included the phased construction of the new facility and demolition of two existing buildings in order to maintain the college’s science-based academic programs in the same region of campus.
