Ingredients
2 sheets (1 box) puff pastry, thawed according to package directions
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup Hot Pepper Cranberry Jelly
2 tablespoons fresh thyme, additional for garnish if desired
1 egg, whisked with a dash of water
Hot Pepper Cranberry Spirals
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and prepare 2 baking sheets by covering them with parchment paper.
Carefully unfold the puff pastry sheets onto a flat surface to ensure there are no tears. Gently spread 2 ounces of cream cheese evenly onto each sheet, leaving the top inch uncovered. Spread the Hot Pepper Cranberry Jelly over the cream cheese and sprinkle each sheet with one tablespoon of thyme.
Brush the top inch that was left uncovered with the egg. Beginning at the
bottom, roll the puff pastry sheets tightly until you have completed the roll.
Place in the refrigerator to allow it to firm up for about 30 minutes for ease with cutting. Remove and slice into 1/2-inch slices.
Place each slice down on the prepared baking sheets and bake for 24-28 minutes, or until the slices have puffed and browned slightly. Garnish with additional
thyme and serve warm.

Pie dough (enough for a double
crust pie)
1 1/2 cups light cream
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Traditional Pub Mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Pinch of nutmeg
1/2 cup grape tomatoes,
seeded and chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup feta or mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Generously grease 2 1/2-inch in diameter mini tart pans or 16 wells in 2 12-well muffin tins.
Roll out pie dough and cut into 16 (3 1/2 -inch) rounds. Press pastry into prepared pans.
Whisk together the cream, eggs, Traditional Pub Mustard, salt, pepper
and nutmeg.
Divide tomatoes, basil and cheese evenly in crusts.
Fill each tart pan 3/4 full with egg custard. If using individual tart pans place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the center of each tart is firm. Allow to cool 5 minutes then remove from pans. (You may have to run a small knife around the pan to loosen the crust.)
Tarts can be frozen for 1-2 weeks if stored in an airtight container. Otherwise serve immediately.

1 – 2 1/2 lb prime or choice beef butt tenderloin (tied and oven ready)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup red wine
1 tablespoon coarse salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon of coarse butcher
black pepper
Fig Vincotto for finishing
Directions
Place tenderloin in a sealable plastic bag with cranberries and wine. Marinate for at least 1 hour in a plastic bag. Can be done overnight.
Take tenderloin out of fridge and let come to room temperature for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
On a platter combine salt, pepper and olive oil. Dry the tenderloin with paper towels. Roll the tenderloin in the mixture coating all sides evenly.
Preheat a cast iron skillet or roasting pan that is coated with the remaining oil mixture. Brown the tenderloin evenly on all sides to sear it. Place the pan with the tenderloin in the preheated 475 degree oven and bake for
20-30 minutes or to your desired doneness. For medium-rare the temperature should be 125 degrees.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes tented with foil before cutting the string and slicing.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Set aside.
In a large bowl with an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugars. Add the egg, vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
Gradually add dry ingredients into the wet, using a mixer to combine and scraping sides when necessary. Add food coloring (about 15 drops). Do not overmix or dough will get tough.
Use a spoon to scoop out dough, then use your hands to form into small balls. Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 9 minutes or until cookies have spread and the edges begin to get golden.
Put a red heart in the middle of each cookie. Let them cool before eating.

The tenderloin can also be sliced thinly, served cold accompanied by rolls and a horseradish sauce, but drizzle the platter with Fig Vincotto or serve it in a side bowl. 4 ounces champagne
1/4 teaspoons blue pearl luster dust
Corn syrup and white sanding sugar
(to rim the glasses)
Directions
First, roll the rim of a champagne flute in corn syrup and then in the white sanding sugar.
In a cocktail shaker, mix Blue Curacao with luster dust and ice and shake for 30 seconds.
Pour into rimmed flute and top with champagne.
Gently stir to activate luster dust.
Enjoy!

Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon borax powder
1/2 cup clear washable PVA
school glue
1 cup of water divided into 1/2 cups
Silver glitter
Snowflake confetti
Directions
Mix 1/4 teaspoon of borax powder into a half of warm water to make your slime activator solution.
In the second bowl, measure out about half cup of clear glue and mix with 1/2 cup of water until well mixed.
Pour borax/water mixture into glue/water mixture and mix.
The lumpy slime will come together immediately. Remove from bowl.
Knead the mixture together until smooth. You may have left over borax solution.
Knead in a good amount of glitter and snowflakes — but not too much or your slime will break apart.
Store in clean container with cover or zip-top bag.

Melt butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt and bring to a boil.
Add 2 bananas cut into quarters.
Brown on one side, then flip over.
Cook an additional minute, then add the 3 types of alcohol.
Flambe and serve over vanilla gelato.
