New York City
First held in 1907, the annual Times Square Ball Drop keeps getting bigger and better. While entrance to the actual event is on a first-come, first-served basis, you can get tickets to one of the numerous parties in and around Times Square for a great view of the festivities. For instance, rooftop club Penthouse 760 will be hosting an open bar, buffet stations and a midnight champagne toast, while family-friendly restaurant The Counter will be serving gourmet sliders and fries as a DJ spins pop hits all night long.
Where to stay: Once you’ve soaked up the festivities, relax and unwind in your luxurious studio or suite at The Central at 5th by Hilton Club, which is a short car ride away from Times Square.

Las Vegas
The bright lights and dazzling displays of the Las Vegas Strip are mesmerizing at any time of the year, but the city is never more alive than on New Year’s Eve. On December 31, the entire Strip will be closed off to traffic, allowing revelers to wander the streets freely. At the stroke of midnight, the casinos will launch a choreographed fireworks display, making for an awe-inspiring sight. Alternatively, get tickets to the Fremont Street Experience in downtown Las Vegas, which will feature live concerts, dance performances, pyrotechnics and more.
Where to stay: Experience the festivities at Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations, which is just steps from the Las Vegas Strip. Want to celebrate without the crowds? Glimpse the action from the comfort of your studio or suite at Hilton Grand Vacations on the Boulevard, which is situated at the northern end of the Strip.
Mark New Year’s Eve with a jazz performance at The Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
Washington, D.C.
For a be-bopping good time this New Year’s Eve, treat yourself to a night of jazz at The Kennedy Center. Featuring three jazz maestros — five-time Grammy-winning vocalist Dianne Reeves, saxophone titan Joe Lovano and Afro-Cuban pianist Chucho Valdés — the concert also includes a jubilant countdown to 2022 and a balloon drop in the Grand Foyer.
Where to stay: Make your base at The District by Hilton Club, which is less than 20 minutes away from The Kennedy Center. With an enviable location between Georgetown and Dupont Circle, the resort is also within reach of plenty of restaurants and bars, so you won’t have to venture far for a good meal.
Marvel at the fireworks displays at SeaWorld® Orlando
Orlando
Florida’s theme parks put on quite a show every New Year’s Eve. On December 31, SeaWorld® Orlando will be hosting a musical celebration and a fireworks extravaganza to ring in the new year. Additionally, LEGOLAND® Florida Resort in nearby Winter Haven will be holding a nightly fireworks display from December 26–31, which visitors can enjoy while snacking on holiday-themed food and drinks. Both Walt Disney World® Resort and Universal Orlando™ Resort hold unique festivities around New Year’s, too. For the latest updates on each park’s opening hours and holiday events, check its website or download its mobile app.
Where to stay: Book a stay at Hilton Grand Vacations at Tuscany Village, located near Walt Disney World® Resort. The sprawling property features Italian-style architecture, spacious suites with full kitchens, and a large outdoor pool.
Due to the high call volume often experienced at the Club Call Center at the end of the year, we strongly urge you to use the Club website for your trip planning needs.
