Look out for your annual billing statement
This year, assessment billing season will be conducted as in previous ones. As always, you can access your 2022 assessment billing statement via the Club website. You will be notified via email or mail when your statement is ready, so it is important to verify that your contact information and communications preferences are updated on this page.
Pay your fees
There will be no change to the way you pay your 2022 Club Dues and maintenance fees — the same payment options will be available to you this year. The deadline to pay your fees is January 1, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Be sure to pay your annual bill before then so you may enjoy your upcoming vacation with HGV.
Escape the end-of-year rush and pay your fees online — simply follow the steps below:
1. Select Ownership.
2. Select HOA. If you have more than one contract, identify the contract you would like to view.
3. On the right-hand side, select View Your HOA Information for that contract.
4. Your Assessment Billing Notice and Budget will be uploaded under HOA Documents by Year in the Owners Communications subsection.
Save your 2021 Points
If you have unused 2021 ClubPoints, you’ll be glad to know that they can be saved into 2022 (to extend them for use by another year), or deposited into RCI (to extend them by two years). Simply head to the Manage My Points section on the Club website to get started. Saved Points can be used for Home Resort reservations, by Hilton Club Priority reservations, ClubPartner Perks and RCI bookings — find out more here.
Alternatively, you can use Bonus Points to pay your maintenance fees. To do so, select Apply Bonus Points as a payment method when paying your maintenance fees on the Club website.
The deadline to save your unused 2021 ClubPoints is December 31, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. ET. However, we recommend doing so early to avoid any issues. HGV Members residing in the U.S. will get $20 off new Save Points transactions completed on the Club website before November 16, 2021.
Planning Tip: If you need to call us for any reason, please know that you may experience long wait times due to high call volumes. Peak call volume occurs on Mondays and Tuesdays. To avoid extended wait times, consider calling between Wednesday and Friday. Also, you may use our call-back feature to be contacted once a Team Member becomes available.
Alternatively, we encourage you to use the Club website and HGV mobile app to make, modify or cancel your reservation. The Club website and mobile app are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you need help modifying or canceling a reservation, view our step-by-step instructions here.

Note: These documents are uploaded as the board finalizes each assessment. Not all assessments will be posted at the same time. If you would like to see past years’ assessments, make sure to select the desired year from the dropdown menu on the top right of the HOA Documents by Year section.
