Mortgage loan originators recruit real estate agents. Real estate agents recruit other real estate agents. Real estate agents recruit mortgage loan originators. Real estate agents will be paid 50 BPS up to $3,750 per conventional closed loan they originate, and brokers will recieve an additional 25 BPS on top of that!
