Impress your guests with some fun festive food. From edgy veggies to leftovers lovers to sweet treat eaters, we’ve got a recipe just for them.

Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas 6.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and oozing. The cheese will give the dish a lovely .

Spread half tortilla chips onto a large baking tray or ovenproof dish in an even layer. Top with half the remaining ingredients, except the parsley then layer over the remaining tortilla chips and ingredients. These ingredients create a great combination of flavours, like added from the cranberry sauce and some extra from the pecans.

Christmas nachos
200g bag salted tortilla chips 200g cooked chicken or turkey, shredded 250g cooked sageand onion stuffing, roughly crumbled 6 tbsp cranberry sauce 250g camembert, cut into 1cm chunks 50g pecans, roughly chopped 1 tbsp finely chopped flat leaf parsley

Place the cauliflower on a large baking tray and brush the spice paste all over. Surround with the stuffing balls and drizzle over the remaining 1 tbsp oil. Cover the entire tray with a tent of foil then roast in the oven for 45-50 minutes until a sharp knife passes through the centre of the cauliflower easily.
Increase the oven temperature to 220°C, fan 200°C, gas 7. Remove the foil, brush the cauliflower with the maple syrup for some extra and roast for a further 10-15 minutes until golden and sticky. Scatter over the almonds in the final 5 minutes of cooking, this will give the dish a lovely bit of .

Mix together 2 tbsp oil, the lemon and orange zest and juice for some added , spices and thyme. The cumin provides some extra .
Make the stuffing according to packet instructions, then mix in the onion and apricot until evenly distributed. Once cool enough to handle, shape into 12, even-sized, balls.
Moroccan spiced whole roast cauliflower
170g sage and onion stuffing mix 1 small red onion, finely chopped 150g dried apricots, finely chopped 3 tbsp olive oil 1 lemon, zest and juice ½ orange, zest and juice 2 tsp ground cumin ½ tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp smoked paprika 3 sprigs thyme, leaves picked, plus extra to garnish 1 large cauliflower (roughly 1kg), outer leaves removed and thick base stem trimmed 3 tbsp maple syrup 20g flaked almonds 50g pomegranate seeds

Gingerbread sticky toffee trifles
When you’re ready to serve, layer the sticky toffee pudding, spiced cream, blackberry coulis and gingernut biscuits into 4 tall glasses or bowls until you have used all the ingredients. Finish with an extra sprinkle of gingernut biscuit for a bit of extra .
Cook the sticky toffee pudding according to packet instructions then leave to cool to room temperature.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Whisk the remaining 2 tbsp icing sugar, double cream, mascarpone for a bit of , cinnamon and ginger for some extra , together until they reach a medium peak and the whisk leaves a trail in the mixture.
Add the blackberries and 2 tbsp icing sugar to a pan, cover with a lid and warm over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes, swirling the pan occasionally, until the sauce is syrupy, but the blackberries are still holding their shape. Set aside to cool to room temperature. The blackberries will add some to the dish and balance the sweetness of the pudding.
