In order to be considered for a scholarship, students must apply through the Besal Fund Liaison at their participating school, as no applications are accepted directly from students. The application submittal typically includes a detailed essay or case study where creativity and ingenuity are evaluated in the scoring. The Board reviews all submittal packages and makes final selections for awards based upon performance to defined application elements.
