Acuity has five Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), each developed and led by associates to foster connection, inclusion, education and engagement within our workforce and our communities. These communities are built by and for associates, giving them space to lead, shape culture and make an impact beyond their roles. Our ERGs are open to all associates, and welcome participation from across our multinational footprint.

Our Environmental Impact
In fiscal 2023, the Science Based Targets initiative verified our net-zero science-based targets, which guide our efforts to reach net-zero GHG emissions across our value chain by 2040. These targets are in alignment with our goal of selling more products and solutions to help our customers save energy and reduce GHG emissions while reducing our own operating costs and emissions.
