The new Kansas City International (KCI) Airport parking garage and terminal represent a 2.5 million SF structure, replacing two outmoded structures built in 1972 and elevating the KCI Airport globally. Unlike traditional parking structures, the KCI airport parking garage showcases glass façades. It offers an aesthetically pleasing exterior that is cost-effective and provides natural airflow in and out of the garage. The glass panels on the facade look like a shingled design. Hydrel and its other lighting partners at Acuity Brands are proud to be a part of this historic undertaking, which included fifty-eight SAF14 static white floodlights, 3000K CCT with a 6-degree distribution.
