Hey guys… just another example of how Ke2 Evap can be a game changer for remote diagnostics. A couple weeks ago I logged in and noticed it had gone crazy. There were 10 – 15 defrosts a day and large TD across the coil despite everything seemingly running properly. Earlier this week, they sent a field supervisor out to check what was going on and look for issues. The problem turned out to be a failed door frame heater in this freezer. Ice build up caused the door not to close/seal and constant infiltration was causing the coil to freeze up. Here is the graph 3 days after the door frame heater was fixed. Trust the science!! lol

We have noticed a change in product quality as the product does not stick together as in the past. We have noticed that the freezer seems colder. We have also seen a dramatic reduction of ice build up in the freezer.

Holy cow! It was starting to look like Antarctica in there with the ice building on the ceiling. I can’t believe the ice is gone. The boxes aren’t sticking together anymore. The product quality is also better, as we used to find that some of the chicken nuggets and also the hamburgers would stick together.
