The VRDL luminaire uses an improved design to enhance its ligature resistance. Adding a simple but incredibly effective patent-pending “curl” to the inside edge of the lens opening creates a mechanical interlocking labyrinth, enchasing the ligature resistant design—while still preserving the serene ambiance and clean, attractive aesthetic of a traditional downlight.
