Our shared values empower us and showcase how we will succeed together.
We believe that when associates are connected to our Company’s purpose, values and business objectives, they will be more highly engaged. Since 2021, we have used associate listening as a foundational element to measure this connection and understand actionable ways to continue to create the place where the best people come to work. In fiscal 2024, we achieved a high participation rate of 96%, with no year-over-year declines in any category. Our survey results are now included in the Willis Towers Watson high-performance normative benchmark, which represents the top 5% of companies included in the survey.
Culture of Engagement
Continuing on our journey towards world-class EHS excellence, we began a multi-year initiative to evolve our EHS strategy and management system and increase our utilization of technology to transform our workplace. The ISO standards for Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001) continue to be the basis for our evolution.
