If it is not possible to agree the content of the regulations with all trade unions, the employer should agree the content of the regulations with the representative trade unions each of which represents at least 5% of the employees employed by the employer.

30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SUBMISSION OF THE DRAFT
STEP 4:
REGULATIONS ANNOUNCEMENT
The regulations enter into force 2 weeks after the date on which they are communicated to employees in the manner adopted by the given employer
