Given the pandemic, it’s no surprise that investment in Scottish commercial property dropped to £1.2bn in 2020. However, Scotland has proven its resilience as the most popular UK destination for overseas investment outside of London and the South East, and continues to see both an increase in international investment and appetite for secure long term income.
