- Google Chrome (most recent 2 versions)
- Firefox (most recent 2 versions)
- Safari (most recent 2 versions)
- Internet Explorer (version 11 and above)
How do I reset a forgotten username or password?
- The CTP EPP uses single sign-on, so your login is the same as your login to the AFP website (please navigate to the AFP main page here)
- Select Login in the upper right-hand corner
- On the sign in page, select the link “Forgot your password?”
- Once changed, the new password will be your password for the EPP as well
- If you have recently changed your username or password for the AFP site, then that username will be what you use to access the EPP

I am having issues accessing the Exam Prep Platform, what should I do?
1. Check to ensure you are using the most current version of your browser and update if needed.
2. Try using a different browser to see if the issues persist.
3. If you are trying to access the EPP on a company-issued device, try from a personal device (AFP is aware of a few instances where part of the EPP was blocked by a company’s IT team and this caused access issues on company-owned devices.). If you can access it from a personal device, please reach out to your company’s IT team to determine the reason the EPP is not accessible on company devices.
4. If you are still unable to gain access, go into settings within your browser and clear cached data or images.
If these steps have not produced a resolution, please open a ticket through the “Need Assistance?” button within the additional resources section of the EPP.

Please include relevant information about what you are questioning, such as screenshots, what activity or chapter you are in, and the question number (all questions within the EPP have a unique question number that will be something like “CTP7-KC01.1-001”. The question number is either located in the upper right-hand corner of the question window or included after the rationale.
