On behalf of AGILE INTERIORS, we are pleased to present the attached proposal in response to the RFP for Callon Petroleum. This project marks an important place in time for Callon Petroleum and we understand the importance of selecting the right partner.
In the following presentation, we have offered several options for Callon Petroleum's private office and workstation typicals, and have focused on flexibility and agility from Day1 to Day 3. Our strategic partnership with Haworth allows us to design workplaces that inspire, support, and connect people, with the goal of making the office an exciting destination. We have included information supporting our unique capability to ensure the environment aligns with Callon Petroleum's culture and values, not only for the initial project but more importantly into the future.
In addition to the proposed Haworth solutions, we are pleased to point out the following incentives for your consideration.
AGILE INTERIORS will extend a special offer of a bundling incentive. If Callon Petroleum selects to partner with DIRTT walls, Haworth workstations and private offices, we will offer an extra savings of $100,000.00. As an additional incentive, 5% of total net volume will be applied to the purchase of Haworth ancillary products.

In addition, AGILE INTERIORS' team of ancillary specialist can recommend products from all the lines we carry to find the most unique products that meet both the aesthetic and functional needs of the space.
Project Schedule
We use Plan Grid on every project we install. This software allows us to upload all installation plans and paperwork pertinent to the job. If there is an issue or item to note, the installer can include product details and a photo. Plan Grid will automatically update the Project Manager and the Reorder Recovery Specialist, accelerating the resolution process.
