Contributions to BACPAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes; they serve a political purpose and are entirely voluntary. You may choose not to contribute without reprisal. Contribution guidelines are suggestive and do not dictate the amount you may contribute. BAC will not favor or disadvantage anyone because of the amount contributed or the decision whether or not to contribute. Contributors must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Federal law requires us to report the name, address, employer, and occupation of contributors who give over $200 in the aggregate in a calendar year.
