DEI Commitee
The DEI committee has been busy at work since our last newsletter. Here are a few highlights! Survey Results + Upcoming Listening Sessions We received our DE&I survey results from Catapult, a trusted third-party firm specializing in survey administration and analysis. With an 82.4% survey response rate, our results displayed a lot of positivity, along with areas for improvement. The DEI Committee is taking the recommendations from Catapult and developing initiatives around what is important to our employees. Leadership will hold listening sessions in each market, soon. Conscious Conversations: Panel Discussion about Immigration On October 2nd, the DEI Committee hosted a high-impact panel discussion among AWC employees about immigration and the diversity of their stories. Thank you to Thuy Nguyen, Zue Velasquez, and Scott Boyette for sharing your powerful stories and experiences. Click here to watch the recorded DEI Committee Conscious Conversations call. Jump to 14:10 for the start of the meeting.
